what a fantastic team. from the guy on reception (can't remember his name, but he has big teeth and called me capitan) to the waiters we had at dinner.the gardener who got us cocnuts from the tree, victor the bar manager and all his team- nelson was new.esquibel, our waiter was a dimond. my daughter couldn't wait to see him everyday. and the animation team!!!! charlie is a god!!! everyday 8am-12am he and his team put in 110%. natali, titi,jonny,kathy, rapheal. thanks you all so much.

Hi guys
I just wanted to say thank you to the wonderful staff of the Riu Tiano. We had a wonderful time there last week and I will miss my new friends. Like Alex says not good by but see you next week. Hector the best swim up bartender I have ever been around. To all the rest Bartenders Santo, Louis,Willy,Juan,Jr. and Waiters who made our stay so great. Thank you again. Also the maids who did such a great job making the room look so nice after our drunken butts crashed in the room the night before. The Animation team spending time with all of us and making our stay feel like they were there just for us. { WOW }. The ground workers who cut a coconut speacial for us and letting us drink it.
We are already saving our money to come back as soon as we can.
