Upon check-in at your RIU Resort, you will receive 1
complementary towel card per guest. When you are heading to your pool or
beach, take these towel cards with you. Locate the "towel hut"
(Usually by the pool), and present them with the cards.
When you are finished with your towel, present them with
the wet / used towel and they will give you your card back.
If you loose your towel or card, there is a $20.00USD
charge!! So keep them in a safe place.
NOTE: I would advise you not to take your towel back to the
room as it might get accidentally taken by the cleaning staff.
