The guests themselves designate the winning
establishment through satisfaction surveys
The 5-star hotel Riu Palace Mexico,
has won the title of "best long haul hotel" for this year
according to the British tour operator JMC.
Thus the establishment has received the programme's top award of
"Best Hotel Long Haul Programme", consolidating its already
high prestige in the British outgoing market.
The JMC is awarded based on the guests' opinions given in satisfaction
questionnaires.
Inaugurated in December of 1999, the Riu
Palace Mexico, situated in Playa del Carmen (in the Mexican
Caribbean), has consolidated itself in just two years as one of the
world's main holiday establishments.
In the last TUI-Holly prizes the Riu
Palace Mexico
was elected "the second best holiday hotel
in the world" according to the opinions of German guests.
